A Facility Administrator must demonstrate an elevated level of trustworthiness and dependability. You will have a critical role in maintaining a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees and visitors. You will support the effective management and day to day operation of our facilities. Your contributions will ensure compliance with safety regulations, efficient budget management and coordination of maintenance tasks. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in optimizing facility performance and creating a positive and productive environment for our employees and visitors.
Manage, delegate duties, and provide relief for the corporate receptionist.Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages / Process outgoing mail and packages daily.Submit work requests for building repair and/or issues in an online ticketing system.Works closely with outside/third party vendors and/or contractors to complete work orders, as needed.Ensure that building/breakroom supplies are purchased monthly, and all breakrooms (4) are replenished daily.Create purchase orders and ensure that all receipts for goods/services are completed in our ERP system in a timely manner.Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner.Coordinate annual asset review, office installations and moves, as needed.Functions as Fire Life Safety Program team member.Perform a daily internal building inspection for repairs and cleanliness.Perform physical security related tasks including but not limited to ID badge issuance and building open/closure.Performs other duties and special projects as required by the facilities manager.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution
- Two (2) years of facility administrator related experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (ERP experience a plus)
- Initiative-taking, Critical Thinker, Multi-tasker, and Problem Solver
- Extremely organized with a sense of urgency
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
Preferences
- Some college coursework from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) or more years of facility administrator related experience
- CPR/AED certification

Salary:
- Commensurate with experience
- Based upon 26 Pay Periods
