is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team
in Smyrna, GA.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job postings, and create an effective recruitment strategy.
- Post positions on job boards, social networking sites, and other external resources with proper approvals.
- Train hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, offer negotiations, and selection criteria.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and university career expos to build candidate pipelines.
- Analyze compensation data and market trends to assist in salary benchmarking.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing hiring processes.
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely delivery of relevant documents to interview panels.
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes, including background checks, reference verifications, and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and foster relationships with potential hires.
- Assist with ATS administration and optimize recruitment strategies using UKG UltiPro Recruiting and Predictive Index.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in human resources management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience required.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
