- Engage in proactive prospecting and cold outreach to build a pipeline of new business opportunities within the banking and financial services sectors.
- Lead high-level discussions with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers to uncover key business challenges and needs within the financial services space.
- Qualify new leads, identify pain points, and create strategic solutions that align with the specific demands of the banking sector.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and powerful sales presentations, addressing the regulatory and operational complexities within the financial services industry.
- Lead negotiations for multi-year contracts, closing deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently exceeding sales targets, staying up to date on industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory shifts in the sector.
Financial Services Sales Executive | Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience selling large, multi-year professional services contracts within the financial services sector, including banking, fintech, and payments.
- Proven success in building and nurturing relationships with senior financial executives and key decision-makers.
- Expertise in delivering diversified delivery models, including Onshore, Nearshore, Offshore, and Blended, to meet client needs.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, email automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maximize sales efficiency.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape, paired with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, with a history of closing large, complex deals and driving substantial revenue growth in a competitive market.
