Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist – is a key role within LemFi’s Marketing team.In this role, you should have demonstrated experience in influencer and email marketing, with at least two years in a marketing or similar position.As LemFi’s Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Growth and other team members to drive growth and engagement within the Nigerian community across our markets. The role will involve managing influencer partnerships, executing email campaigns, and optimizing digital marketing strategies.The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to expanding LemFi’s reach and customer base.
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage and scale influencer partnerships, identifying, onboarding, and collaborating with content creators, ambassadors, and community leaders in the UK & EU.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with LemFi’s marketing objectives, ensuring measurable impact on customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee and implement email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, automation, and retargeting strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Create compelling email copy and marketing content tailored to the Nigerian diaspora audience.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across digital channels (email, social media, and search engines) using data-driven insights.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and optimize marketing workflows.
- Monitor customer behaviour and market trends to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure LemFi’s offerings align with customer needs and market demands.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and retention across UK & EU markets.
Requirements:
- A degree in marketing is preferred but not required;
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in a marketing role; experience with influencer marketing and email marketing is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, campaign execution, and community engagement.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for email marketing and influencer campaigns.
- Strong people management skills, especially in managing influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Experience in data analysis, campaign tracking, and CRM tools to optimize marketing efforts.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment, adapting to new trends and customer behaviours.
- A strong network in the UK-Nigerian community is a plus.
