Job Summary


The selected applicant manages, coaches and develops the SE Staff. They insure that  the department goals are met and department resources are following the sales workflow methodologies. They confirm processes and documentation are reviewed and updated accordingly. They have extensive knowledge of the products and services we provide and the activities required to properly navigate the sales cycle.

Essential Responsibilities


  • Conducts onboarding for all new hires

  • Assigns SF Tasks to PE team based upon resource availability and skill sets

  • Trains and coaches all direct reports.

  • Conducts a standing meeting with the Sales team to review the status of tasks

  • Reviews and approves expenses.

  • Validates workflow documentation, i.e. Quotes, Statement of Work, Scope Statement

  • Enforces compliance of process flow within and outside of the department.

  • Supports the development as well as establishing career paths for all direct reports.

  • Conducts bi-weekly 1 on 1’s for direct reports as well as any oral and/or written disciplinary actions.

  • Assists the sales department in scoping customer projects by gathering the necessary details and data to analyze and understand the customer's business processes and expectations

  • Supports department OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results)

  • Ensures billing terms are properly noted on Statement of Work

  • Conducts and documents lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Working knowledge of T2’s software products, services, and processes is required which can be obtained through intellect, technical inclination, and dedication to gain such knowledge.

  • Knowledge of parking industry

  • Ability to write presentations, routine reports, proposals, and correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from prospects, customers, management, and staff.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and tactfully negotiate priority with end users.

Education and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in a professional work environment and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Reporting tools

  • Solid Expertise with Staff Management Tools and Techniques

  • Proven experience creating agendas, facilitating meetings, producing minutes, and tracking action items is required.

  • Experience with selecting and managing third party vendors.

  • Knowledge of revenue recognition and project margin calculations.

  • PMP or equivalent required

  • Prior experience as an engineer or project manager in the parking and transportation industry

  • The ability to develop and write a clear and concise status report regarding projects and staff performance
