This role will focus on optimizing our NetSuite ERP system and its connections, ensuring clean and actionable data across all platforms, and guiding strategic decisions with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance, strong business acumen, and the technical expertise to drive improvements and efficiencies in our systems and reporting processes.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP, including configuration, customization, and integrations with other platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance and quality standards.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience leading data mapping, cleaning initiatives, and system optimizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with platform selection processes for operational tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- NetSuite Optimization: Oversee data mapping, cleaning, and integration to maximize the ERP's potential for business operations.
- Data Governance: Implement and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
- BI Development: Create dashboards, reports, and models to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- System Integration: Manage integrations between NetSuite, Shopify, and other systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Platform Analysis: Lead evaluations to determine optimal tools and platforms for various business needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Training: Educate staff on data best practices and the effective use of BI tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and drive their implementation.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Advanced: NetSuite, Data Governance, Analytical Software, and BI Tools.
- Intermediate: Microsoft Office Suite, Shopify, Google Analytics.
