What You’ll Do
As a Senior Backend Developer (Python Expert, PHP Basics) you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality applications and seamless integrations. You will work on complex projects involving Python and PHP-based solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to build scalable and secure applications. You will also contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers.
- Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Python and PHP.
- Apply best practices, design patterns, and modern technologies in web development.
- Work with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Design and develop API integrations with external systems and third-party services.
- Ensure high security standards, data integrity, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues proactively.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing software using Python.
- Proficiency in Python frameworks and libraries relevant to web development and API integrations.
- Experience with PHP development, including understanding of PHP frameworks (such as Laravel or Symfony) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience integrating with external systems, APIs, or third-party services.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations that ensure reliable data exchange and service continuity.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security practices in API development.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proactive in identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
