About Atamis


Atamis is a rapidly expanding company that maintains a managed ISV package available on the Salesforce AppExchange. With a growing presence in central government and the private sector, Atamis is increasing its development output to meet client demand.

About the Role


Atamis is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to play a core strategic role within the expanding development team. This position will be integral in completing product upgrades, refactoring, and assisting with client requirements and strategic changes. The successful applicant will work closely with the Lead Developer and collaborate with the Product Strategy department to create new changes and manage risk.

What You Will Bring to the Role


  • Expertise in Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Aura.
  • Strong experience with data modeling and asynchronous Apex.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sharing and version control systems like GitHub/GitLab.
  • Ability to review merge requests from junior developers and manage development pipelines.
  • Excellent understanding of the commercial impacts and risk mitigation associated with ISV managed packages.

What You Will Be Doing


  • Completing product upgrades and refactoring work based on client requirements and strategic changes.
  • Working within a sprint cycle, participating in Atamis' agile development process, and contributing to 4 annual product releases.
  • Assisting with scoping and creating specifications for new changes in collaboration with the Product Strategy department.
  • Reviewing and managing merge requests from junior developers.
  • Running pipelines between different development environments to ensure smooth transitions and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, VisualForce, LWC, Aura).
  • Strong data modeling skills.
  • Experience with asynchronous Apex and Salesforce Sharing.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub/GitLab or similar version control systems.
  • Familiarity with the agile development process and sprint cycles.

Nice-to-Have Skills


  • Experience with Salesforce Experiences.
  • Knowledge of Heroku and REST API development.
  • Python Programming skills.
  • Experience working with Managed Packages on Salesforce.
