About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Moldova team, driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performing, engaged, and motivated culture. As the key representative for our Moldova operations, you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure alignment with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to shaping the future of our industry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the Moldova team to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the office, representing Moldova in global discussions.
- Manage resources, budgets, and operations to optimise efficiency and performance.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and technology.
- Advocate for Moldova’s contribution to Parkopedia’s global success.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience managing operational teams with remote customers.
- Strong ability to drive productivity and quality improvements through planning and resource management.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building strong relationships across global teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align local operations to global objectives.
- Familiarity with the Moldovan business landscape and cultural context.
- Fluency in English and either Russian or Romanian is essential.
