- Project Management of MFG across cross function Production, Equipment Engineer, Process Engineer, Quality Engineer from cross function area ex: PA to Assembly through FT and Packing.
- Work and collabrorate with SR Engineers to work with APEX team - Business Lines
- To develop cross team project as Biz enhancement such as electronic Mapping which is required complicated working with external and internal team including IT department.
- Major cost saving project such as long roadmap ex Super wide lead frame
- Take carefor automation roadmap with IT team for Assembly process engineer team
- Complexity reduction project with APEX team for support MFG.
- Development to have data analytic method and automatic report for productivity improvement in Organization.
- Cooperate and Manage through cross-functional team and on various departments to
- Deliver cross functional project in MFG.
- Make project smoothly deliver with time plan and no impact for Biz
- And deliver succeed of Quality /Cost/ Delivery matrix
- Manage and plan the functional budget and spending expense.
- Control further processing, delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards -- Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with standards.
- Other assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Science or Engineering.
- At least 0-2 years’ experience IC Assembly Process and/or Package Innovation.
- Background in Assembly Project Management and Risk Assessment, Advanced Product Quality Program.
- Effective interpersonal, systematic problem solving and analytical skills, approach and the ability to convey technical and business matters in a clear logical manner.
- Process and quality control / Quality Management System / Process Audit.
- Good communication skill in english both written and verbal.
- Good teamwork on both informal and formal style.
- Use of Statistical Tools (Minitab), strong problem solving and analytical skill with logical and systematic thinking
