The KSS Inventory Manager will oversee inventory, receiving, and storage functionality of the warehouse. You will oversee, evaluate, and train your staff. You will be responsible for and maintain company assists. Have the ability to build alliances and partnerships with cross-functional departments. - Oversee receiving, Warehouse operation & Distribution
- Implement Operational Policies & Procedures
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure safety of staff
- Motivating and holding accountability of staff
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
- Inventory auditing and cycle counting
- Working with a cross functional department
What we're looking for...
- 3+ years Inventory Management/ Product Movement Management
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations
- Proficient knowledge of inventory & Inventory controls.
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Proficient computer skills, outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
