Key Responsibilities:


HR Administration & Employee Relations


  • Data Management & Documentation: Ensure accurate employee records and prepare key documents like offer letters and promotions, maintaining precision, organization, and clear communication across the team.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Seamlessly manage the onboarding and offboarding process, juggling multiple tasks with care while coordinating with departments to ensure smooth handoffs.

Company Culture Ambassador & Event Management


  • Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of office activities, from large meetings to social events, ensuring everything runs and solving problems proactively.
  • Culture Advocacy: Champion our fun, inclusive, customer-service oriented, and collaborative environment by taking initiative, working with volunteers and team members ensuring to represent our values while bringing programs and events to fruition.
  • Workplace Experience: Foster a positive, productive office atmosphere by maintaining a well-organized, engaging space where everyone feels valued.

Talent Acquisition & Pre-Onboarding


  • Offer & Pre-Boarding Support: Manage offer letters, background checks, and pre-boarding activities, ensuring a seamless hiring process through teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years in HR administration and/or support
  • Some prior experience in office coordination, executive support, hospitality or event planning
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently and communicate effectively.
