As a Junior Graphic Designer at Olly Olly, you'll play a vital role in curating the perfect visuals for our clients' websites, ensuring brand consistency while meeting client expectations. As part of our creative team, you'll also contribute to developing internal and client-facing creative assets, such as color palettes, infographics, website visual concepts, and other marketing visuals.The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for those āneedle-in-a-haystackā details.

The Impact Youāll Have
- Curate and edit images for client websites, ensuring alignment with their unique brand style and industry standards.
- Design and propose custom logo concepts for clients, either from scratch or using templates.
- Enhance and reformat client-provided photographs and logos, improving overall image quality and resolution.
- Customize WordPress themes for diverse clients, tailoring them to fit specific brand guidelines.
- Maintain task organization by tracking assignments and time in project management software, ensuring clear communication with cross-functional teams and timely task completion.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create visuals for Olly Olly's branding efforts, including social media pages and blog content.

What We Really Need From You
- 1+ year experience in Graphic Design: Demonstrated understanding of composition and design fundamentals, including color theory and typography.
- Formatting Expertise: Solid grasp of formatting for both digital and print applications.
- Vector Proficiency: Experience working with vectors, particularly for logo design, is essential.
- Professional-Level English: Ability to write without spelling mistakes (or use proofreading tools) and communicate clearly with your team and managers.
- Proficiency in vector and raster design tools, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, which should be showcased in your portfolio.
- WordPress & CSS Familiarity: Basic understanding to assist with web-related tasks.
- Familiarity or basic experience with Figma
- Portfolio Over Degree: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills is preferred over a Bachelorās Degree in Design or related fields.
