Job Overview
:We are looking for a passionate
Project
Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.You will liaise between cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. This includes implementation, rollout, and delivery of products and services and management of specific, on-going projects to ensure stakeholders requirements and growth strategies.
In addition, this includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and stakeholders to deliver projects according to plan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead point of contact for all rates and data management related activities:
- Project requirements, milestone setting
- Prepare Gantt Charts
- Proposes technical solutions to improve project output
- Become fully versed in SG Programs and Products
- Operate as the lead point of contact with stakeholders and SG management on status reporting, corporate projects, departmental communication, and initiatives.
- Provide daily support and contact to stakeholders on products, services, key initiatives and strategies
- Manage and/or oversee the resolution of data and rate management issues throughout various departments
- Constantly monitor and report all stakeholder related projects, changes, issues, etc.
- Assist with urgent, or severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Project activities including portfolio planning, communications, evangelism, execution, testing, cutover, and support strategy.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, IT management, IT team members, and external vendor resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Create, manage, and track project including, but not limited to:
- Project schedules
- Detailed project plans
- Project scope statements
- Resource plans
- Risk and issues logs
- Status reports
- Make recommendations to management about reporting efficiencies, schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from team members.

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management or other relevant experience
- 2 years of analytical experience (i.e. Data Analyst, Cost Analyst)
- Strong Project management skills.
- PM certificate a plus or willingness to attend classes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering stakeholders-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; in addition to excellent interpersonal, technical, leadership and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Automotive Finance and Insurance industry or Auto Dealer Relations experience
- Proficient (high aptitude level) in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in MS Visio, MS Project
- Ability to understand technical aspects of new product implementations and/or rollouts
