About the Role
As the Business Operations Manager, you will be the glue that holds our internal operations together. You'll play a critical role in streamlining workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that RevGenius continues to scale effectively. Working cross-functionally with leadership, community, content, and partnerships teams, you’ll help drive key initiatives that impact growth, revenue, and overall success.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and track key operational KPIs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.
- Oversee and improve internal tools, systems, and workflows to enhance team productivity.
- Drive cross-functional projects that improve operational performance and revenue growth.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline business functions.
- Manage partner relationships, partner management, contracts, and negotiations.
- Assist in strategic decision-making by analyzing data and generating insights.
- Ensure clear documentation of operational processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup, SaaS, community, or media business preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and other business tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.).
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
