Berman Subaru of Chicago is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Loan Processor to join our finance team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring a smooth financing process for our customers.

Pay: $20/HR
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (One weekday off, Sundays off)
Working Hours:
- 2 days: 9:00AM - 8:00PM
- 1 day: 12:00PM - 8:00PM
- 1 day: 9:00AM - 3:00PM
- Saturdays: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:
- Review and process loan applications submitted by customers
- Verify applicant information and credit history
- Communicate with applicants to gather additional documentation as needed
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation
- Coordinate with lenders to secure loan approval and funding
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries from customers and banks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive financing, loan processing, or a finance-related role strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of lending practices, financial principles, and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to work late hours and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Strong work ethic with a resilient attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment and collaborate with team members
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with discretion
