Title: Creative Marketing Specialist 


About this Job


Energy CX is looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence through high-quality content and visuals. This role will be responsible for executing branding and campaign initiatives across web, social media, digital ads, newsletters, blogs, and multimedia projects such as podcasts and videos.The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, strong creativity, and the ability to develop visually compelling content that aligns with our messaging pillars. This role will ensure all content maintains Energy CX’s brand voice, tone, and style, reinforcing our market position as the most trusted energy broker for commercial real estate.

Objectives of the Role


  • Develop and execute branding and campaign initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Energy CX’s brand voice, tone, and style.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Enhance department systems and processes to support scalability and efficiency.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and manage social media content to maintain brand consistency and engagement.
  • Create compelling content, including blogs, newsletters, and ads.
  • Design and update sales collateral, one-pagers, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Help execute PR strategies, including award applications and promotional content.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Assist with the creation of campaign content including case studies, white papers, webinars, landing pages, videos and podcasts.

Skills & Qualifications


  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

  • 15 days but highly flexible

  • Day off Wednesday before and Friday after Thanksgiving
  • 12/24 - 1/2 Company break (Subject to be longer, but at minimum, all employees can expect this time off)
