About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee high-profile projects in infrastructure, buildings, and large-scale developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all project phases, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Budget & Cost Control: Ensure project financials are managed effectively, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Team & Resource Management: Lead a multi-disciplinary team, assign responsibilities, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure adherence to quality control measures and health & safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.✅
Experience:
Minimum
20+ years in construction & project management, with at least 10 years in a PMC leadership role.✅
Sector Expertise:
Experience in
infrastructure, airports, mixed-use developments, or large-scale buildings.✅
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications.

Languages:
Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
