As our HR Intern you will get to work in a critical function at Protolabs that has a direct impact on shaping the future growth and company culture. Your primary responsibilities are to team with HR Operations and HRIS leaders to support the team and systems enablement, further optimize, automate and professionalize the HR across EMEA. You may also contribute to other HR projects where applicable
What you'll do:
- Data Entry:
Input and maintain employee data accurately in HR systems.Ensure entries are current and follow policies and legal standards.- Employee Administration:
Handle onboarding, transfers, and offboarding tasks.Support employee engagement initiatives.- Letters Drafting:
Draft and review HR correspondence.Maintain compliance with company communication standards.- HR Records Maintenance:
Manage and update confidential HR records.Implement best practices for record-keeping.- Coordination Projects:
Collaborate on HR projects to improve employee experience.Track and report project progress.- Policy Coordination:
Support implementation and compliance with HR policies.Assist in policy reviews and updates.- HR Inbox Coordination:
Manage and respond to HR inbox inquiries promptly.Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.- Support HR Staff:
Assist HR Generalists and System Specialists.Help with data analysis and reporting.
What it takes:
- Been studying HR related subjects at University (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) and want to bring your knowledge into practice as part of your coursework;
- A “getting things done” mentality and can work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills and pay attention to details
- An innate curiosity and like researching the web on various HR related topics
- Available for a minimum of 6 months for an internship in Amsterdam
- Great planning and organisational skills
