Analytics ManagerChicago, ILRemote positionResponsibilities: Remote position. Investigate business questions and provide teams with actionable insights that drive value. Maintain and augment our data model and Looker instance to enable company-wide data literacy. Communicate with executives and key stakeholders through presentations, well-designed data visualizations and interactive dashboards. Define testing frameworks and success criteria to quantify performance and inform strategy. Build unit-economic models for a subscription business including marketing attribution, retention, cohort forecasting, and customer segmentation.
Partner with Product and Engineering to improve tracking within our applications, allowing for better visibility into customer behavior. Maintain organization’s operational model for revenue – forecasting the consumer subscription, ancillary, and corporate lines of business.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, or a related field and three years of experience in business analytics. Experience must include three years of experience with each of the following: presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences; SQL and relational databases; scripting languages that support data manipulation in Python; creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards in R, RStudio, SQL, or Looker/LookML; experience in a data-driven field such as consulting, digital advertising, or eCommerce; and Excel.
Experience must include one year designing and measuring A/B tests in a product or marketing capacity. Experience may be gained concurrently.Salary: $105,000 to $115,000/year
