Job Summary


This position is responsible for the development, validation, documentation for process or system design and changes for Dental Network plans. Performs operational analysis, research activities, records data, gathers and documents requirements and provides status reporting for network adequacy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular status updates, provide applicable summaries, and identify and escalate network gaps. Responsible for managing and completing projects and applying standard project management concepts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


:


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of product, process or project management experience or 9 years of product, process or project management experience within an organization that has a proven track record of successfully managing projects utilizing a rigorous project management methodology.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Insurance industry experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Experience with MS Project.
  • Works independently and in a team.
  • Schedule driven and focused on best quality data delivery with keen eye for details.
  • Organized and methodical with good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently
  • PC computer skills (Word, Excel).

Preferred Job Qualifications:


  • Healthcare industry experience.

Base Pay Range

$54,800.00 - $121,100.00
