Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to expand our market presence in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong coordination with our cross-functional teams in Mumbai and participation in international trade events to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio within Turkey.
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients to increase market penetration.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular engagement and support.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate daily with Mumbai-based teams to coordinate international sales operations.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set for the Turkey market.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting to the Head of Export Sales in Mumbai.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of the Turkish market and business culture.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish is required. Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for business development and trade events.
- Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
