HR Business Partner is responsible for proactively developing, implementing, and refining human capital strategies that align with business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive human resources support for our Client Support and Account Management departments by developing relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to managers and executives.
- Analyze internal workforce trends, develop plans, and continuously improve existing programs that resolve talent issues impacting the organization.
- Provide guidance, skill building, and support to managers and executives on talent management programs that meet business needs and future workforce plans.
- Support and effectively communicate cyclical process to the business, including performance review cycles, engagement surveys, required compliance training, and nominations for recognition or high potential programs.
- Identify learning and development gaps and collaborate with People & Talent learning team on training or onboarding programs that support business needs and enhance teammate skills.
- Co-lead projects in collaboration with senior HR business partners and others across the People & Talent centers of excellence teams.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
