Messangi is seeking a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer to join our Product team, helping us reinvent and significantly enhance the user experience and visual appeal of our enterprise platform. As a UX/UI Designer, you'll design exceptional web platform experiences that enable our clients to effectively manage and deliver engaging mobile interactions to millions of users worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design and delivering intuitive, visually compelling products.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX and UI design for at least two key Messangi products, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with user needs and product strategy.
- Deliver comprehensive user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes for new product features and improvements.
- Collaborate proactively with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define and execute the product vision effectively.
- Contribute to the design and continuous evolution of Messangi's visual and interaction design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.
- Clearly articulate, present, and advocate design solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct and leverage user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience designing user experiences and interfaces for web applications, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Demonstrable experience using Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
- Proven track record working within agile or lean product development processes.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to independently manage multiple design projects in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex design concepts.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects, showcasing user flows, wireframes, visual design, and interactive prototypes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality design solutions.
