We’ve already assembled some of the world’s top engineers & scientists and due to the success and growth of our product development activities, Envisics is now looking to invest in the talent of a Test Engineer to support the testing and verification of AR-HUD products and associated sub-components.
The candidate will join an already established Test and Validation Team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform validation and reliability tests for automotive opto-electronic components and prepare test reports (in-house)
- Coordinate and support testing at external test houses
- Create test plans and procedure manuals
- Data analysis and reporting
- Design and build of test environments for in-house sample testing
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Troubleshooting of Issues
- In-house test facilities and equipment management
Requirements:
- Degree / Equivalent (Engineering, Science)
- 2-3+ years’ experience of automotive or similar product and / or component validation testing
- Familiarity of working with HW / SW, PC based and stand-alone instruments
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn fast and think out of the box
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Can work independently or part of a team
