Job Summary:
The HRIS & People Analytics Manager will oversee all technology/platforms for the People function and analysis of data insights to drive strategic People decisions within the organization. The individual will be passionate about people and have a strong background in analytics and data management. A strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills with a desire to make a positive impact within a hyper-growth organization.
Essential Job Functions will include:
- Serve as UKG Pro/Ready system expert and point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes, integration support, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality business operations.
- Lead initiatives on all HRIS technology upgrades, new module development and roll-out, system implementations and data quality. Continually review existing system set-up for optimization.
- Identify and assess processes within the People team to build and drive technology adoption. This includes pro-active education on all modules within UKG Pro to drive understanding of stakeholders for program success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on all systems utilized for People Team success – UKG Pro, UKG Ready, Greenhouse, Optavise (Ben Admin), ApexConnect, EmpInfo, and other new technology platforms identified within a rapidly growing organization.
- Primary point of contact between internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and seamless data transmission. Further, continuously working to streamline processes to support the People team and enable greater focus on key People projects.
- Develop or enhance system reporting and analytics to enable our Talent, BP, and business stakeholders information needed to identify trends and to empower leadership decision-making.
- Responsible for compliance reporting, such as: EEO-1, CA Pay Data, and other annual reporting’s.
- Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to gather, organize, and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and establish benchmarks for measuring employee success and organizational goals.
- Create and maintain documentation for reference, training, and support purposes within the team. Information provided in a manner of ease of understanding.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7-10 years of HRIS, people analytic, HR experience required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor HRIS projects and data analysis initiatives.
Work Schedule:
This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.
Working Conditions:
This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
