The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team, with added responsibilities supporting Salesforce architecture and solution design. This individual will play a critical role in the management, optimization, and scalability of our Salesforce ecosystem. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, this role ensures the successful adoption, health, and continuous improvement of our go-to-market systems (including Salesforce), enabling a seamless and effective user experience across the business.Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this individual will not only own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce but will also collaborate on strategic architectural decisions that scale with our growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, an architect-level mindset, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Location:
This position is hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in either our Atlanta, GA or Oakville, ON office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Architecture
- Own the end-to-end management of the Salesforce ecosystem, including system configuration, maintenance, optimization, and upgrades.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
- Collaborate on Salesforce architecture decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Support and enhance system integrations (e.g., marketing automation, CPQ, billing, support platforms).
- Map existing business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and create a unified, centralized source of truth.
- Lead all basic and advanced administrative functions, including user management, profiles, permission sets, flows, reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce inquiries, owning the support ticketing system and ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure data integrity through ongoing data hygiene practices and governance strategies.
- Own release management processes, sandbox management, and deployment of configuration changes.
Enablement & Change Management
- Onboard, train, and coach new users while growing Salesforce skills and adoption across the organization.
- Develop clear documentation, knowledge bases, and user guidelines to promote best practices.
- Design, document, test, and deploy new features and functionality with a focus on minimizing manual processes and repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce functionality with go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Proactively identify system and process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with a track record of supporting complex Salesforce environments.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or other Salesforce products a plus).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Architect-related certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience supporting or contributing to Salesforce architectural design and scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including security, data management, integration, and automation.
- Experience working closely with business leaders to define, document, and implement business processes within Salesforce.
- Proficient in managing system integrations, third-party applications, and AppExchange solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and assess the impact of new business requirements on the Salesforce platform.
