is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for an full-time Senior Digital Project Manager. The Senior Digital Project Manager will work closely with the team to ensure detailed planning of activities, coordinating and managing various tasks, and resources to ensure the timely completion of projects and initiatives. The Senior Digital Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partnering with other business units that include, strategists, analysts, account managers, creative teams, developers, and external vendors, to support our clients.
Your primary focus will be on leveraging digital platforms and AI technologies to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive product growth and customer engagement.Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Ownership:
- Own large-scale, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and measurable business outcomes.
- Responsible for owning small to large-scale jobs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or challenges.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all stakeholders have access to relevant information. Documentation examples are inclusive of hot sheets/daily status, project briefs, timelines, and meeting notes.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Drive alignment between business, technical, and creative teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
- Work closely with clients to gather project feedback, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.
- Mentor team members in project management and digital best practices
Quality Assurance:
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review materials and content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly review project outcomes and marketing campaign performance against set KPIs and objectives.
- Adapt and refine project management methodologies to enhance team productivity and marketing effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI, and project management tools and techniques.
Resource Management:
- Assist in coordinating internal and external resources to support project requirements.
- Identify and address resource gaps, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Proactively escalate significant issues to senior management for resolution.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Proactively monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial limits and avoid scope creep.
- Work closely with the finance and the account managers to track estimates, expenses, and invoices.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital marketing and AI technologies.
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency, pharmaceuticals, or medical device industry.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical device industry regulations, compliance, and marketing guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for tech products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
