The Operations Supervisor is a vital part of the Wyyerd team as it is responsible for the efficiency of their team. The Supervisor will make sure their team is knowledgeable, dedicated, and focused on the installation process. This position will report directly to the Director of Field Operations with insights and ideas to advance our installation processes..
Responsibilities
- Direct management of team members

- Ability to quickly learn Service Provisioning: Data and Phone
- Complete understanding of processes and procedures and their implementation
- Team related reporting and tracking
- Coaching, supporting, and developing team members
- Develop and promote new processes and procedures and oversee implementation
- Inventory management
- Materials management
- Defining and developing career opportunities for team members
- Capital purchasing management
- On Call Rotations and Outage Assistance
Experience/Qualifications
- Must have clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug test
- Understanding of ISP services
- Ability to work with others on all responsibilities
- Must have 3+ years of industry experience or management experience
