Open to all regions Who We’re Looking For:In this role, you would work cross-functionally with operations, research, and product teams to ensure we have the panelists we need, and to identify and implement opportunities for improving panelist experience and value. This job requires marketing ingenuity to drive panel growth, particularly among difficult to recruit demographics, product focus to improve the panelist experience, and business savvy to implement new revenue opportunities. It’s a role in which you’ll be responsible for both operational delivery and strategic vision.
The right person for this role will be both strategic and hands on - able to dive into the work and keep an eye on overall objectives. The candidate who fills this role will have a significant opportunity to shape a critical component of the online qualitative recruitment business strategy. - Manage and monitor panelist recruitment to make sure the research teams have the panelists they need when they need them
- Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and operations to improve the panelist experience both on and off the Discuss platform
- Identify and onboard new suppliers for panel recruitment and foster good relationships
- Work with the development team to implement more efficient recruitment flows
- Setup with key panel partners redirects and APIs
- Assist project managers in reviewing screeners and provide suggestions when needed
- Proactively monitor fieldwork and take necessary action to make sure required sample size is met
- If needed, launch screeners to recruit panelists through different panels
What You’ve Done Before:
- Experience recruiting within a set timeframe
- Core skills - Creative Thinking, Attention to Detail, Professional Communications (verbal and written), Multi-tasking, Self-starter/motivated
- 2-4 Years of experience in market research, marketing, or panel management
- Familiarity with Qualitative research
- Proficient in understanding the setup of online panel APIs or redirects
- Knowledge of screener creation in Alchemer or another screening application
