About the RoleWe seek a highly skilled, collaborative and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join us at Outreach. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand and customer engagement, in support of our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in marketing strategies to drive results. Location: Remote within the US

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:


  • Serve as the central integration point for all marketing disciplines to deliver truly integrated marketing campaigns 
  • Develop and coordinate strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets 
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization 
  • Ensure campaign are delivered on time, within budget and achieve pipeline and revenue targets 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compelling campaign content across the buyer’s journey as well as the promotional strategy leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels 
  • Partner with sales on priorities, execution, results and follow up 
  • Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery 
  • Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI 
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations 
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed 
  • Execute lead gen and nurturing programs that support and are aligned with campaign strategy and sales priorities  

Our Vision of You:


  • 5+ years as a growth marketer, campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners 
  • Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines 
  • Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns 
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and paid, owned and earned channels. 
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting to measure and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights. 
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out  
  • Knowledge of marketing technology systems for campaign execution and lead management 

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $139,00. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.#LI-KH2 #LI-remote
