Business Intelligence Manager

As the BI Manager, you will oversee and manage the entire BI function, ensuring that the organization has access to accurate, actionable data and insights to drive informed decision-making. You will work closely with key stakeholders across all departments, including product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure that the organization's metrics and KPIs are well-defined, tracked, and optimized.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI, data analysis, and reporting, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

You will be responsible for managing BI tools and resources, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving the development and delivery of key business metrics.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear insights into business performance.
  • Work with large datasets to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs and develop BI solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Define and implement the BI strategy, ensuring that tools, dashboards, and reports provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure BI systems and processes align with data governance and security policies.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop training and support programs for end users to enhance adoption and use of BI tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging BI tools, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovations to improve BI capabilities.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the BI team.
  • Partner with key business leaders to identify data requirements, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management to drive business strategy and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integration, data quality, and system optimization.
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with at least 2 years in analytics strategy.
  • Proven experience in BI tool of PowerBI.
  • Strong experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL and other programming languages for data manipulation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs, with the ability to translate business needs into BI solutions.
  • Provide timely updates on project progress, changes, and any potential issues.
  • Establish timelines and milestones, and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Assess and manage project risks, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
  • Specializes in metrics & analytics surrounding Marketing, Sales, and Customer Contracts.
