Please note: This is a part-role. It will begin at 20-hours per week with the intention of converting to a FT-permanent role.


Overview


We're looking for our first Technical Sourcer to join our team. As a Sourcer, you’ll leverage your domain knowledge to drive market insights to hiring teams while deploying creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top talent to Bastion.  This role will begin as a part-time role. Although the focus will be on technical talent, this role will also support business-critical roles across compliance, operations and finance. Ultimately, we’re looking for a recruiting generalist with strong business acumen who can effectively build top of funnel pipelines to support our hiring efforts regardless of role or function. 

Responsibilities


  • Utilize various sourcing techniques and creative strategies to build predictable and robust pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Strategic talent mapping of a fast-growing competitive landscape
  • Partner with key leaders to develop sourcing strategies for critical roles
  • Craft thoughtful, compelling outreach messaging to engage passive talent
  • Develop a deep understanding of Bastion’s business and products, and communicate them effectively to talent
  • Be the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the onsite stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience sourcing in a high-growth environment with a demanding talent bar
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple talent pipelines across a diverse set roles with exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Deep curiosity about bleeding-edge technical trends and talent markets
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • A willingness to tackle tasks of any size to ensure company success
  • Familiarity with our tools and systems [Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, G-Suite]
