About the Team:The PR Specialist will be part of the Outreach Marketing team. A team filled with creators, writers, demand gen pros, product experts, and more, we constantly push each other to be our best and have each other’s backs as we aim to maintain our place as the market leader. Did we mention the marketing team has the most swagger and style too? The marketing team is a remote-first team, so you’ll have teammates across the world from the United States to Prague. This is a high-visibility role that works with every department at Outreach, so expect to work with a wide variety of people.  The Role:Outreach is seeking a full-time, public relations specialist.This role will provide support in communicating the company’s corporate narrative, innovations, and market leadership through researching, writing and editing, press releases, bylines, speeches, internal communications, analyst relations, and other related documents. The PR specialist will assist with the development and execution of tactical PR plans This role is aimed at someone obsessed with the media landscape. You should be hungry to land that amazing story, build and maintain relationships with reporters, win a major award, develop a creative campaign or event idea, and overall contribute to the success of the company. This role reports to the Director of Communications. Location: Remote, United States 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:


  • Content Creation: Draft press releases, bylines, social media posts, media pitches, analyst materials, and speeches 
  • Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with journalists, track and analyze media coverage, secure media placements, awards, and speaking opps for Outreach 
  • Executive Comms: Prep executives for speaking, analyst, and media opps, develop thought leadership content, increase social media presence 
  • Analyst Relations: Support AR lead with newsletters, updates, scheduling briefings and inquiries, promoting research 
  • Internal Comms: Collaborate across teams to deliver strategic, thoughtful, inclusive communications to the company  

Our Vision of You:


  • Minimum of 2 years of public relations agency experience 
  • Willing to raise your hand to learn new things and help a teammate out 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Preferred: B2B tech experience, familiarity with media and social media monitoring software 

The annual base salary range for this role is $54,000-$94,500. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. #LI-KH2 #LI-remote
