How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s Success
The Director of Donor Services is responsible for overseeing, servicing, cultivating, and growing existing recovery group relationships as well as developing new relationships throughout the community, ensuring multiple mutual partnerships and successful donor experiences. Acting as the main point of contact for all designated groups/clients, the Director of Donor Services interacts with all departments as needed within Pinnacle Transplant Technologies to ensure that client expectations are met, and satisfaction levels are maintained.
The Director of Donor Services strives for continuous improvement with these strategic relationships as well as improvement in recovery techniques.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, Some nights and weekends for donor intake calls (may work multiple time zones)
Work environment:
Remote or Phoenix, AZ based
Travel required for this position
Compensation: $143,000 - $171,600 - dependent on experience
What You Will Do
- Manages specific projects and/or strategies to further the Mission, Vision, and Values of Pinnacle Transplant Technologies
- Achieve high level of client/donor retention and satisfaction
- Develop and implement all applicable procedures ensuring compliance with external and internal parties
- Conduct ongoing needs analysis to determine appropriate services to meet client and business requirements and expectations
- Maintains and builds account relationships with tissue recovery agencies including recovery, call centers, and quality leaders and contacts, as well as other key leaders within the partner organizations
- Partners with Production and R&D on ensuring company needs are met through planning efforts, short and long-term recovery strategies around donor needs, and ensuring financial goals are achieved as outlined
- Main point of contact for Tissue Recovery Partners within Pinnacle Transplant and coordinates day-to-day relationships with existing Tissue Recovery Partners, including events, on-site meetings, partnership visits, etc.
- Provides and develops feedback reports for each Tissue Recovery Partner to promote the process improvement of their tissue program and reviews the data quarterly with recovery partner leadership
- Partners with intra-company cross functional teams to resolve any issues or complaints identified by the Tissue Recovery Partners
- Contributes to the development of business plans to maximize donation to the company’s specifications through the Tissue Recovery Partnerships according to terms of shared agreements.

What Qualifications You Will Bring
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in relationship management, client services, or sales role
- 5+ years of experience in tissue banking or related industry preferred
- CTBS Certified Tissue Banking Specialist Preferred
- Proficiency in rapport building, communication, negotiation, and planning

- Enhance skills in donor relations, effective negotiations, regulatory requirements that impact recovery programs
Who You Will Partner With
- PTT Leadership. You will have routine verbal and written communication with the organization’s leadership to convey updates, collaborate on decisions, and execute on deliverables.
- Your Supervisor. You will have daily verbal and written communication with your Supervisor to ensure goals are understood and executed with speed and quality.
- Your Team. Regularly work in independent and team settings maintaining professional communication with all PTT team members.
- External Parties. You will have routine communication with recovery agencies, outsourcing partners and suppliers.
Where You Will Work
- Full Time position (40 hours or more). Hours may include evenings and weekends to perform tasks outlined in the job description.
- Travel by personal auto, charter or commercial aircraft may be required with reimbursement for personal auto used provided by the company policy according to IRS policy
- You will work in an office environment in a manufacturing facility in North Phoenix or Remote, having periodic contact with human tissue and bone. You may be required to enter a cleanroom environment, where you will wear protective clothing including but not limited to hoods, face masks, gloves, boots, and coveralls.
- Position will have travel required from 40 – 60% of their time
