The Executive Support team is essential to improving the overall efficiency and productivity of our leadership team. The team is empowered to gather business context, understand the unique priorities of their supported executives, and implement systems to improve their overall effectiveness.
We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Executive Assistant to support our SVP of Business Enablement and our Chief Compliance Officer. This role involves a mix of executive support, project coordination, and strategic partnership. You should have a background in supporting G&A functions, excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and have a comprehensive understanding of corporate operations.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:


  • Manage complex calendars: Schedule and coordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings across various time zones while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. 
  • Leverage business context: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Clover's business goals and the priorities and challenges of the leadership team to optimize meeting cadences, formats, and information flow. 
  • Maintain meeting integrity: Build and enforce calendar agendas, prepare materials, take notes, and ensure follow-ups and action items are tracked and completed.
  • Drive accountability: Hold the leadership team and senior leaders accountable for deliverables, providing guidance and pushing back when necessary to maintain efficiency. 
  • Provide end-to-end admin support: Relieve the SVP and CCO of administrative tasks, manage workflows, and streamline processes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements: Plan domestic and international travel and team offsites, ensuring seamless logistics and providing support as issues arise.
  • Execute cross-functional projects: Scope and manage special projects, collaborating across teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Success in this role looks like:


  • In the first 90 days, you have established strong relationships with the SVP of Business Enablement, Chief Compliance Officer, and their leadership teams. You have also streamlined calendar management, ensuring seamless preparation for meetings and follow-ups.
  • In the first 6 months, you are independently managing shifting priorities, implementing process improvements that enhance team productivity, and contributing to cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
  • In the future, you are seen as a trusted and proactive partner, consistently driving executive productivity by anticipating needs, refining workflows, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

You should get in touch if:


  • You have 5+ years of experience supporting C-level Executives; experience supporting leaders in G&A preferred. 
  • You have the ability to think critically, stay organized, and know when to push back to achieve optimal productivity.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills; professional demeanor and discretion is a must.
  • You are tech savvy and have proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).

Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
