By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.
As the Director of Product Management for Clinical User Experience, you will lead a team of product managers and cross-functional pods in building Counterpart Assistant to be the most useful clinical copilot for primary care physicians in value-based care. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our clinical workflows pillar, ensuring that Counterpart Assistant seamlessly integrates into the daily workflows of PCPs and improves their efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Director of Product, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and execution.
- Define and champion the product initiatives, strategy, and roadmap for Counterpart Assistant's Clinical User Experience product pillar.
- Work with the pods and PMs to prioritize and manage the roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, clinical, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in primary care and value-based care to identify opportunities and unmet needs in primary care settings.
- Work with multiple product teams and projects ranging from provider facing point of care tools, evaluations, operational workflow tools, compliance and regulatory products, and critical vendor integrations.
- Be the subject matter expert and domain leader for all things clinical documentation (SOAP notes, EHR documentation, ambient scribing), roles, responsibilities and practice workflows of healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, MAs, front desk, care coordination, scribes, etc).

You should get in touch if:
- You have 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in healthcare technology.
- You have a deep understanding of primary care workflows, including clinical documentation (SOAP notes, EHR documentation), roles and responsibilities of healthcare professionals (physicians, MAs), and challenges faced by small to large practices.
- You have a proven track record of building and launching successful healthcare products in primary care settings.
- You have an understanding of practice payments, ideally experience with value-based care models and technologies.
- You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
