YOUR TEAM


Nuna has established its brand in the B2B space over the last decade by shifting the US healthcare system towards an incentive model that rewards healthcare providers for positive outcomes. Leveraging our collective backgrounds and insights, we are now crafting an innovative, new consumer app - a healthcare companion experience that further improves outcomes for people with chronic conditions. We are doing so by filling  a critical gap:  helping patients to manage their chronic conditions and general health at home, while providing  a bridge to their care team between visits. 

YOUR IMPACT


The Head of Implementation will ensure each partner implementation runs smoothly across workstreams and partners. They will create and evolve our implementation playbook to deliver simple and successful customer setups. Their excellent communication and organizational skills allow them to easily navigate both external partners and internal team relationships. They help our subject matter experts, software engineers and data analysts focus on the most critical tasks of an implementation. They track details, motivate teams, and maintain consensus to ensure we deliver timely, quality implementations.

YOUR OPPORTUNITIES


  • Develop and implement strategies and playbooks for successful project implementation
  • Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the implementation team
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation phase

QUALIFICATIONS


Required Qualifications


  • Experience implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) working directly with external clients
  • 10+  years of work experience in healthcare technology, preferably in support of health plans and value-based payment arrangements
  • 3+ years of people leadership
  • Experience leading projects at health systems/providers
  • Experience working in a nimble, agile environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen problem solving abilities
  • An extremely organized and detail-oriented approach to work

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a start-up culture / flexibility to manage multiple competing priorities

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $187,300 to $228,900.
