EXUS People Team is looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in recruiting
talented Engineers to join our team.
What will you do?
- Headhunt and recruit new talent globally (mainly Europe), using creative search methods
- Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Preselect candidates
- Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
- Create the best candidate experience and promote EXUS' employer brand
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced organization or recruiting firm
- Experience in international recruitment and hiring for technical roles is highly appreciated
- Ability to build professional relationships with candidates
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Experience with LinkedIn search is a must
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
- Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, HRIS, or HRMS (at EXUS we use Workable and BambooHR)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
