Reporting to Sr. Manager of Customer Success Business Operations, the Sr. Customer Success and Support (CS&S) Data Programs Analyst plays a pivotal role in Restaurant365’s Customer Success (CS) Operations and Strategy organization. This position bridges the gap between systems and business needs by leveraging data analytics and insights to evaluate processes, define requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to the business, its executives and key stakeholders. Through close collaboration with business leaders and users, the analyst identifies opportunities where data-driven enhancements to processes, products, services, and systems can drive business growth, elevate customer experiences, and improve organizational efficiency and productivity.

Driving cross-functional collaboration to design and execute strategic data programs aligned with business needs-Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources-In partnership with IT-Systems, GTM and Financial operations to identify technical solutions and governance to support data access, modeling and analysis-Support the CS&S business analysts including -the revenue operations analyst with data and tools including self-service dashboards to support analysis and process development with their business stakeholders in CS&S-Program manage all CS&S data analysis projects and initiatives 

How you'll add value:


  • The Sr. CS and Support Data Programs Analyst is process and data driven. In this role they will design scalable data insights and systems. Overseeing high-priority Customer Success and Support business process and data initiatives. They will combine strategic problem-solving with the ability to execute to drive impact.
  • Define program structures, processes, deliverables, and operational cadences for data and systems
  • Develop and implement data frameworks and tools to manage data insights for the CS&S business analysts
  • Work as a conduit between CS&S and key stakeholders; in strong collaboration with the IT-Systems, GTM Operations, Financial Operations, Product Analytics, BI and Data Science teams
  • Supporting the CS&S business analysts to ensure data and processes in each business are optimized
  • Support identification of trends and patterns in the data across the business
  • Support annual planning and financial forecasting
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful in this role:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance or a related field
  • 7+ years of business operations experience in a SaaS business
  • 5+ years in data strategy, business operations, and/or management consulting with a focus on business analytics and data
  • 2+ years of experience working in a GTM or Financial data operations function
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, SQL, , Power BI, Excel).
  • Experience leveraging data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, BigQuery, Azure Synapse)
  • Exceptional data analysis skills
  • Outstanding data visualization skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels, from leadership to individual contributors in GTM, Product, and Finance as needed
  • Strong bias for action and a keen ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuations in priorities and requirements
  • Ability to self-start and to drive new ideas and opportunities through influence

  • This position has a salary range of $$96,400-$144,600. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
