Responsibilities


  • Support the Technical Customer Operations (TCO) team in daily tasks, project deliveries, and operational activities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide timely support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical support cases and resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Continuously learn and apply best practices to improve support processes.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to document information clearly and interact effectively with others.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Knowledge or experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB) and programming (Python) is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing a BSc in IT from a recognized institution.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7x365 shift schedule.
