What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into seamless user interfaces.
- Drive front-end architecture decisions and champion best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
- Continuously improve performance, usability, and accessibility across our platform.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of front-end development experience, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment.
- 3+ years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
- 3+ years of experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
- Experience using generative AI, to solve real-world issues
- Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of modern front-end architecture.
- Deep experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data handling.
- Well-versed in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development methodologies.
- A passion for building seamless, high-performance user experiences and solving complex UI challenges.
