This isn’t just about creating content; it’s about living and breathing the Maximus mission and leading conversations in the men’s health space. You’ll craft in-the-moment, on-the-go content, whether it’s gym workouts, interviews, or candid moments on the street, delivering valuable, science-backed information in an approachable way.What We’re Looking For:We’re after someone who’s tapped into the latest social trends and ready to engage our audience with relevant, buzzworthy content. This person should be as comfortable discussing “natty or not” debates as they are translating clinical research into relatable tips. If you’re already familiar with influencers like Joey Swoll, Anatoly, and the individuals shaping health and fitness culture, you’re ahead of the game.
You’ll bring energy, insight, and authenticity as you build connections and foster conversations with our growing community of health-conscious men.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: Produce and star in high-quality, engaging social media content across platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, with a balance of your own content and user-generated material.
- Scientific Communication: Break down scientific literature into straightforward, approachable language. Content will cover areas like hormone health, fitness, mental well-being, and more, with clinical team support.
- Social Media Calendar Ownership: Develop and maintain a content calendar that blends original, user-generated, and community-driven content. Engage with the audience actively to build community and drive interaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to align content with company goals and campaigns. Revise and edit content based on feedback to ensure the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of scientific concepts and the ability to translate them for a general audience.
- Proven experience creating content for men’s lifestyle publications or similar outlets.
- Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in videography and photography.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
