Objectives of this Role
The Production Technicians at BlackStone eIT will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining production equipment and processes. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure efficient production workflows while adhering to quality standards.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery according to company specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and take necessary corrective actions to maintain production schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to minimize risks and defects.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs.
- Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with new processes, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
