About the role:
The Enterprise Team Leader will lead a team of developers working on projects from the enterprise backlog and help resolve production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers.
A day in the life of our Enterprise Team Leader:
- Leading and managing an engineering team and projects
- Collaboration with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams
- Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases
- Writing and reviewing code (50% of the time)
- Collaboration with:o Enterprise customerso Customer Successo Product Managerso Quality Assurance
- Overseeing daily team operations
- Contribution to the full software development lifecycle
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
- Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude.
- Technical skills:o Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework,.NET Core, REST API, etc.).o Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing,etc.)o Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
