Partner Development Manager - Benelux

Your role as Partner Development Manager


As a Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will play a crucial role in our partner-led revenue model. Equipped with a strategic mindset, you will identify new opportunities for partnerships and developing strategies to leverage existing partnerships to help TimeXtender achieve its goals. As such, your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with partners, specifically in the Benelux region, to drive mutual success.This is a remote position, but you must be located in and authorised to work without sponsorship in the Netherlands!

Your chunks of work:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and strategic relationships with existing and potential channel partners, understanding how their business needs align with our holistic product suite and related services.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit new partners that align with the company's strategic goals and target markets.
  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and support the company's products and services.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the tools, resources, and support needed to be self sufficient in their sales processes, allowing for growth and scale in the channel.
  • Joint Business (or strategic) Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans aligned with both the company's and partners' objectives.
  • Market Development Support: Support partners in market development activities, in collaboration with our Marketing Circle.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximise sales and revenue.
  • Deal Registration and Tracking: Own an opportunity from lead through to renewal, implementing and managing deal registration processes to track and reward partner-led opportunities.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between the TX and its partners (including collection). Think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between our company and partners, facilitating communication and coordination between internal teams and partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Share market intelligence with partners, helping them stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct regular QBRs with key partners to assess performance, review goals, and plan for future initiatives.
  • Revenue Growth: Work collaboratively with partners to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion within existing accounts. Focus on achieving results and driving revenue growth through partner programs. Set and meet measurable goals and objectives.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing partner relationships in the Benelux region
  • Experience with partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments, making you results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • An undeniable passion for building successful partner ecosystems in the SaaS industry
  • A proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic commercial and technical partnerships
  • Background in developing and executing joint business plans with partners
  • Familiarity with deal registration processes and partner performance monitoring
  • A natural flair for utilising data to strengthen your arguments, making you a seasoned presenter and excellent communicator
  • Are blessed with a curious mind and consider yourself a fast learner when it comes to growing the market, understanding our technology, and want to engage in innovative ways of working
