Your role as


Sales & Growth Development Specialist


In this role, you will drive our growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for our solutions. As the initial point of contact with prospects, you'll work closely with our Partner Development Managers (PDM), Solution Specialists (SSP), and our Marketing Circle to generate and qualify leads, setting the stage for successful sales conversions.This is a fully remote position based in the United States. We are unable to sponsor employment visas for this role. Applicants must reside in and be legally authorised to work in the US without sponsorship.

Your chunks of work:

  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to prospects who have expressed interest in TimeXtender's solutions
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs and fit
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of interested prospects in our CRM system
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports, becoming an expert in our sales tools and resources and help in business analyses to continue to optimize our sales efforts
  • Drive new business by creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and attending events
  • Develop a strong understanding of TimeXtender's product offerings to support discovery calls and evaluation cycles
  • Target and convert key prospects using personalized campaigns and strategic research
  • Collaborate with Partner Development Manager (PDM), Solution Specialist (SSP) and Marketing Circles to identify best practices and share learnings
  • Qualify leads through initial contact and assessment, focusing on early-stage pipeline development
  • Maintain clear communication with the PDM Circle regarding lead quality and potential, ensuring a smooth handoff process
  • Track lead progression through the initial stages of the sales funnel, from prospecting to qualification
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates to refine the qualification criteria and improve the overall sales process efficiency
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly goals for generating qualified business opportunities
