The role as Head of Sales Strategy & Operations
In the pivotal role as an experienced
Head of
Sales Strategy & Operations, you will join our growing SaaS business with a dual focus. With a strong background in SaaS direct sales and extensive experience in channel partner management, you will both lead and optimize our existing operations in our Partner Development Circle, and continue to develop and implement a non-partner sales strategy in selected markets. Your role offers both to drive growth in for both channels in UK&I, and lead the full team working with partner and non-partner sales cross all markets.The role is remote, but you must be located and authorised to work in theUK or Ireland!Your chunks of work:
- Lead, measure and improve our Sales operations, including both partner and non-partner sales, in all our core markets (UK&I, Nordics, North America and Benelux), implementing best practices, automation technology, and driving efficiency through process optimisation
- Drive and orchestrate a smooth transition from our current channel-centric model to a dynamic hybrid approach that leverages both direct and indirect sales channels
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, and pipeline and customer data, to inform strategic decisions on channel mix and direct sales opportunities
- Implement data-driven lead qualification processes across all channels, including both non-partner and and partner channels, in close collaboration with Marketing
- Design and deploy cutting-edge sales enablement programs that empower both channel and direct sales teams to excel, together with our Product Marketing and Solution Specialists
- Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with key customers, strategic channel partners, and internal stakeholders
- Hands-on nurture and expand existing UK&I channel partnerships while strategically establishing and growing a complementary direct sales presence in targeted markets
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the UK&I markets
- Collaborate seamlessly cross-departments to ensure alignment of the hybrid sales strategy with overall business objectives and company direction
