ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Growth Operations Manager supports the optimization and growth of Teague’s Business Development and Marketing efforts through data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. This role manages the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and supporting a streamlined, effective Growth practice.Working closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Project Management teams, this role ensures alignment on growth targets, resource allocation, and multi-channel outreach strategies. To advance organizational goals, the Business Operations Manager facilitates communication between departments, including Procurement, Finance, and Senior Leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
OWNING
- Act as a liaison across Business Development and Marketing teams to maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring prospect lists, SQLs, and MQLs remain accurate, organized, and actionable.
- Support business development team leads with new business and operational support, such as prospecting campaigns, pitch materials, and client engagement artifacts.
THINKING
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on Business Growth Targets and drive a strategic, multi-channel outreach and sales strategy.
- Distill sales and marketing data analytics into actionable insights, shaping strategic direction and guiding business development efforts for the Growth practice.
DOING
- Manage the evolution of the CRM system (HubSpot) to help drive a data-powered Growth strategy, enhancing the effectiveness of Business Development and Marketing initiatives.
- Create and deliver weekly sales and marketing reporting to support weekly executive team Growth meetings.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM analytics, sales development support, business development, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot sales and marketing or similar management tools.
- Proven success in lead generation and qualification within creative or marketing sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels.
- Shows eagerness to learn and apply new skills or knowledge.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate ideas and decisions effectively.

The salary range for this job in most US geographic locations is $90,000 - $110,000.This role is hybrid, requiring someone to be able to travel to our offices in the greater Seattle area. On-Call or Temporary employees accrue 1hr of PTO for every 30hrs worked. Full-time intern benefits start the first month following 60 days of hire, and are not eligible to participate in Teague's 401k plan. We are a Washington State based company. All employees must reside in the state of Washington (unless otherwise noted for specific roles) and be able to access one of our studio locations in the greater Seattle area.
