About the Role:


We are looking for a Revenue & Sales Operations Associate to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and support revenue growth across our sales and marketing teams.  In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and R&D to optimize sales operations, manage the CRM, and implement data-driven strategies.  You will play a key role in enhancing team productivity by refining workflows, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring seamless alignment between teams.

What You’ll Do:


  • Design, implement, and continuously refine sales processes, integrations, and automation to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track key metrics such as lead conversion, retention rates, and revenue growth. Provide real-time insights through advanced reporting and dashboards.
  • Oversee CRM processes (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and system optimization. Build and maintain integrations with third-party apps (e.g., data enrichment, billing, analytics).
  • Identify bottlenecks, implement structured workflows, and drive operational enhancements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and R&D to ensure a seamless customer journey and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop onboarding and training programs for new sales hires, manage tool adoption, and ensure the team has the resources needed to hit their targets.
  • Support sales leadership in driving critical projects, setting sales targets, forecasting revenue performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as a liaison for the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and updates on sales strategies and operational changes across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:


  • You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or data analytics.
  • You are proficient in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM platforms), including reporting, workflows, and integrations.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions. SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • You are familiar with automation tools such as Zapier, Slack, PostHog, and sales enablement platforms.
  • You have a strong business acumen, able to align sales strategies with company growth objectives, set quotas, and manage territory planning.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, continuously learning and improving processes.

Compensation is market-competitive with a yearly cash base of $75k - $110k plus equity.
